Villa Calibri, Ibiza is a beautifully restored, 200 year old finca, set in a peaceful location between San Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis where you will find excellent restaurants and shops just a few minutes’ drive away.
With a fabulous combination of antique charm with the latest modern high tech amenities, Villa Calibri’s impressive style is full of character including its traditional “finca” fireplace and chimney. There are two lounge areas, one with a large wall-mounted plasma and satellite TV, together with a dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The beautiful, mature garden features a large swimming pool, sundeck with loungers and a Balinese style pavilion, perfect for relaxing and reading. Surround sound within the house also extends to the pool area.
The four bedrooms all feature en-suite bathrooms and the villa is fully air-conditioned including an office area with WiFi and a printer.
A special feature at the villa is the use of a tennis court (shared with the neighbouring villa).
